Shop Policies

  • Shipping: Orders typically ship in 3–5 business days. All pens are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided once the item ships

  • Made to Order Listings typically take 7-14 days to complete and ship, depending on lead time of parts and supplies. Holiday season will increase the time as well.

  • Warranty: 30-day craftsmanship guarantee. If your pen has a mechanical issue within 30 days, please contact us for a repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

  • Custom Orders and Commissions: Welcomed — extra time may apply.

  • Product Care: Avoid exposing your pen to extreme temperatures, moisture, or harsh chemicals to preserve its finish.
